Q & A for usage

• Q - How often should i use Washer Wizard?
• A - Approximately every six months.


• Q - Do I need to use the entire bottle?
• A - Most definately for best results.


• Q - Which wash cycle should I use?
• A - The hotter and longer the wash cycle is, the better the results will be.


• Q - Can I use the machine immediatley after?
• A - We recommend running at least a rinse cycle after use however a 60 degree wash cycle is suggested.


• Q - Will this remove limescale?
• A - No, it's intended use is to remove mould, mildew & kill hidded bacteria along with associated odours. Please continue to use a descaler if you live in a hard water area.


• Q - My machine still has rust marks on the door seal?
• A - Sadly rust marks CANNOT be removed, these however will not soil your laundry in any way.


• Q - Can I add additional water to the machine whilst cleaning?
• A - Yes & this would improve results, try adding 2 or 3 kettle fulls of water after machine has completed filling. This increased water allows the potion to reach higher on the door seal.
