Washer Wizard is simple to use and should clean your washing machine superior to any other product on the market, however it will only perform at its best if the instructions below are followed.
NEVER pour Washer Wizard directly into the drum of the machine as most washing machines pump out any residue water from the machine before begining a new cycle, this means it will pump ALL you Washer Wizard out before the cycle even begins.
Wait until your washing machine begins to fill with water (see above video) before emptying container into detergent drawer.
Optimal cycle should be both hot and long wash, ideally 90° for 90 minutes or longer or 60° if that's the only option.
Some machines will not allow 90° washes without going through a pre wash first, in this case 60° will be the best option.
500ml is the correct dosage for 1 clean. (entire bottle)
Longest wash cycles are best, this allows more time for the magic to happen.
In some cases during the cycle extremely dirty water may be visible, this confirms the magic is happening. In such cases the final usage intruction may well need to be carried out.
Should the hidden part of the drum be excessively dirty, then residue from this maybe left inside the visible metal of the drum on completion, this can be easily removed by placing an old towel or similar and set the machine on a rinse cycle. The towel will act like a polishing rag & clean the metal drum. Once completed make sure towel or other cleaning cloth is thoroughly cleaned.
Washer Wizard should be used every 6 months to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness.
